About Us
The Beach Hut Owners Association of Walton (BHOAW) is a voluntary organisation. Its aim is to protect the interests of beach hut owners in Walton.
The Beach Hut Owners Association of Walton was established to represent beach hut owners
who own beach huts on Council owned land at Southcliff and Eastcliff at Walton on the Naze.
The Association has a very friendly, active committee who raise beach hut and seafront issues
with Tendring District Council, and represent Walton beach hut owners at the Tendring Districtwide
beach hut liaison meetings. We have over 600 members, hold an Annual General Meeting in
June each year and organise an annual summer get together for members.
