Since joining the Committee, Sally has taken over the organisation of the Daily Patrol Rota which ensures that our Huts are patrolled daily.  Patrollers report to Laurie any damage identified and in turn Laurie reports this to the Hut Owner and our Hut Maintenance Patrol Officer who will make temporary repairs.  We are always looking for new Patrollers to strengthen the team, so if you are a Hut Owner and live in the area of Walton or Frinton, perhaps you would like to volunteer! Its great exercise, with wonderful sea views - but the weather can be very variable, depending on the season!

Under Richard’s guidance, the Membership administration of the Association has become more streamlined and paperless. Regular communication with Members is largely done by email and Member subscriptions payable by Bank Standing Order has been introduced. Questions and queries continue to be dealt with promptly.

Melanie kindly volunteered to join the Team of Patrollers on Southcliff and a former Chairman invited her to join the Committee.  Following the suggestion that we should have a Facebook page, it is a credit to Melanie for its development. Together with her camera shots and artistic skills, the Page is widely appreciated.
